This policy explains what information we collect when you visit this site or subscribe to Seed of Energy, why we collect it, and what choices you have. If anything here is unclear, email support@seedofyenergy.com and we'll explain it.
We advertise on third-party platforms, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram). These platforms may set cookies or use similar technologies to measure whether their ads led to a visit or a purchase, and to show ads to people with similar interests. This may involve sharing a hashed (scrambled) version of your email address with the advertising platform for matching purposes.
You can limit this. Browser cookie settings control most tracking, and Meta provides its own ad preference controls in your account settings. Opting out does not affect your access to the product in any way.
We share personal information only with service providers who need it to operate the product: our payment processor (Digistore24), our email delivery provider, our hosting provider, and our analytics and advertising platforms. Each is bound to use the information only to provide their service to us.
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if legally required to do so, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
We keep your account information and journal entries for as long as your membership is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you return. Transaction records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. You can ask us to delete your data sooner — see below.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, object to certain processing, receive a copy in a portable format, or withdraw consent you previously gave. Residents of the EU/UK (GDPR), California (CCPA/CPRA), and Brazil (LGPD) have these rights under their respective laws.
To exercise any of them, email support@seedofyenergy.com. We will respond within the timeframe your local law requires. We will not treat you differently for exercising a privacy right.
We use industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
This product is for adults. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
We and our service providers may process your information in countries other than your own, including the United States and the European Union. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where required, notify you by email.
