These terms govern your use of Seed of Energy. By subscribing, you agree to them. Please read the billing section carefully — it describes a recurring charge.
This is a recurring monthly subscription.
You pay $1 today. When your trial period ends, your membership continues automatically at $27 per month, and renews each month until you cancel. Your exact first billing date is displayed on the checkout page before you enter any payment details.
You can cancel on a monthly basis. If you cancel before your trial period ends, you are not charged the monthly price.
Prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location. Payments are processed by Digistore24 GmbH, which is the seller of record for this product and appears on your bank or card statement.
You can cancel at any time, effective for the following billing period. There are three ways:
Cancelling stops future charges. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Refunds are handled by Digistore24 under its buyer terms, which apply to this purchase. If you believe you were charged in error, contact Digistore24 buyer support or email us and we will help. We do not advertise or promise a specific money-back guarantee for this product beyond whatever Digistore24's buyer terms provide at the time of purchase.
An active membership gives you access, through your web browser, to the daily reflection prompt, the guided journal, the daily practices, and the library of guided material described on the home page. Material is added over time. We may update, reorganise, or replace content, but we will not remove a materially significant portion of what was described at the time you subscribed while your membership is active.
Seed of Energy is a personal-development and reflection product, provided for personal enrichment and entertainment. It is intended to support journaling, reflection, and intention-setting.
It does not predict future events. The cards are used as reflection prompts, not forecasts. No specific outcome is promised or implied — financial, romantic, health-related, or otherwise — and individual experiences differ.
Nothing in the product is medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for care or advice from a qualified professional. If you are dealing with a medical or mental-health concern, please speak to a professional.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase and use this product.
Your access is personal to you. Please don't share your login. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.
You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly post the content, or use the product to break the law or infringe someone else's rights. We may suspend or terminate access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, and will tell you why.
All content is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by copyright. Your subscription grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access it for your own use while your membership is active.
Anything you write in your journal remains yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store and display it back to you as part of running the service. We do not publish your entries or use them in marketing.
We aim to keep the service available continuously but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, technical problems, or events outside our control may cause interruptions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of your use of the product is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, and nothing here affects mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights or the price you pay, we will notify you by email before it takes effect, and you may cancel if you don't accept it.
